Ms. Amanda is the owner of our center and brings a unique blend of business expertise and heartfelt passion to her role. With a bachelor’s degree in finance, she applies her knowledge to ensure the center runs smoothly and efficiently while always prioritizing the needs of children and families. Amanda is deeply committed to creating a safe, structured, and developmentally supportive environment where every child can thrive socially, emotionally, and academically. Her focus on operational excellence and strong family engagement helps maintain the highest standards in care, communication, and curriculum. Outside of work, Amanda enjoys spending quality time with her family and exploring arts and crafts—interests that often spark creative ideas for programming and activities within the center.

Ms. Jennifer-Director

“Guiding our center with warmth, experience, and a love for children.”

Ms. Jen serves as our director and brings over 20 years of experience in education to our center. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a certification in Elementary Education (K–12) and has a rich background in both classroom teaching and program leadership. Jen is dedicated to creating a positive, inclusive environment where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to learn. She oversees curriculum development, staff training, and daily operations to ensure the highest standards of care and early learning for every child. Ms. Jen is frequently in the classrooms, engaging with children and supporting teachers to maintain a hands-on connection with the learning environment. Outside of work, Jen enjoys spending time outdoors, relaxing at the beach, and being with her family—bringing the same warmth and nurturing approach to her leadership that she shares with our center every day.

Ms. Jackie-Administrative Manager

Ms. Jackie brings a strong background in education administration, with years of experience managing early childhood programs and supporting both families and staff. Ms. Jackie plays a key role in keeping our center running smoothly each day. From managing enrollment and scheduling, to supporting staff, assisting families, and stepping into the classroom, she ensures that every detail is handled with care and professionalism. Known for her organization, friendly demeanor, and commitment to excellence, Ms. Jackie helps create a warm and efficient environment for children, families, and teachers alike. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two grown children and her pets, as well as expressing her creativity through art.

Ms. Ashley-Education Supervisor

Ms. Ashley has been part of our center family for almost 2 years. She is an experienced and dedicated educator with a passion for creating engaging and effective learning experiences for students and teachers alike. Ashley works closely with educators to design, implement, and refine curriculum that aligns with academic standards and supports student success. She is committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within the school community. Outside of the classroom, Ms. Ashley enjoys spending time with her son and family, boating, and trying new restaurants. Her love for family and adventure shines through in the joyful energy she brings to our school every day.

Ms. Bella has been a wonderful part of our center family for the past 2 years. She is currently working toward her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and is dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing, and loving environment for our youngest learners. Ms. Bella brings warmth, patience, and attentiveness to her role, supporting each child’s individual needs while building strong connections with families.
In her free time, Ms. Bella enjoys watching movies, swimming, and treating herself to her favorite candy—Skittles! Her cheerful personality brings joy and comfort to the classroom every day.

Ms. Paola–Waddler Lead Teacher

Ms. Paola has been a wonderful part of our center family for the past five years. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she creates a warm, nurturing environment where young children feel safe, supported, and excited to explore and grow. Ms. Paola brings energy, creativity, and patience to her classroom every day. She is passionate about early childhood development and loves working closely with families to support each child’s unique learning journey. When she’s not in the classroom, Ms. Paola enjoys spending time with loved ones and finding new ways to bring fun and creativity into her teaching.

Ms. Isis-Junior Preschool Lead Teacher

Her gentle and patient approach helps children build confidence, friendships, and a love for learning.
